About the Role

The Senior Director, Revenue Technology leads the strategy, management, and transformation  of Pushpay’s core business platforms, ensuring they operate efficiently while evolving to meet future needs. This hands-on leadership role oversees key systems—including Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, and DocuSign—ensuring they scale effectively, drive business value, and provide actionable insights.

This role balances daily operational management with long-term strategic planning. You'll work closely with executives, department leaders, and external partners to ensure seamless system performance while also developing a multi-year roadmap that aligns with company goals. From evaluating new technologies to driving automation and efficiency, you’ll lead a high-performing team to streamline operations and simplify business processes.

  • Compensation Range: $198,000 - $275,000 OTE, depending on location.

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily administration, performance, and optimization of core business systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Identify, evaluate and execute opportunities to enable self-service for business functions and PushPay customers.
  • Develop and execute a long-term roadmap that ensures scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to align systems with business needs.
  • Lead a team of administrators, analysts, and technical specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for integration and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and effective reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and integration.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Transformational  mindset with a focus on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both executives and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of business processes and experience optimizing systems to drive business outcomes.

Preferred Experience & Tools

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and Marketo.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Outreach.io, Drawloop, Coveo and Atlassian suite
  • Experience in delivering digital transformation programs
  • 5+ years in business systems management, including Salesforce administration.
  • 3-5+ years leading technical teams, including system administrators, analysts, and project managers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator or related certifications (preferred).
