Senior Consultant, HTA & Market Access
Senior Consultant, HTA and Health Economics (France)
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our vibrant and growing HTA & Market Access team, with a strong focus on the French health economic landscape. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver impactful HTA strategies, contribute to the development of economic models and communication tools, and guide clients through successful CEESP submissions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting research and data analysis independently
- Leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery
- Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Leading proposal development and contributing to business opportunities
- Participation in capability presentation
- Contributing to thought leadership (e.g., white papers, webinars, conferences)
- Line management responsibilities (if applicable)
- Supporting the team’s health economic intelligence efforts (e.g., literature and news monitoring)
- Collaborating with other function when relevant: support for other HTA dossier, modelling inputs, and more.
Key Areas of Growth/Skillset Development in Role
- In depth knowledge of the industry
- In depth knowledge of research techniques relating to health economics and modelling (market access is an advantage)
- Personnel management

Desired Skills & Experience
- Higher degree (PhD or MSc) in health economics/ modelling /market access or related methodological discipline
- Minimum of 5-8 years full-time experience
- Candidates with 3–5 years of experience may also be considered if they have significant expertise in French HTA and CEESP submissions
- A comprehensive understanding of HTA methodologies and processes (comprehensive knowledge of French HTA processes is essential)
- Demonstrated experience in CEESP submission
- Ability to analyze and summarize
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues
- Ability to think critically and offer creative solutions
- Ability to work in a team with intellectual curiosity
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent client communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills
