About Your Role 

Within our Technical Delivery Services (TDS) organization, we are looking for organized individuals that want to help carry out the TDS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda!  Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology. 

As an Implementation Consultant (IC) you are an integral part of the customer experience team and will focus on the most critical phase of the customer journey with QGenda, ensuring proper configuration for our Scheduling product. Your primary objectives are to build QGenda products according to data requirements and ensuring constant communication with project team members throughout the implementation phase. You will be implementing our Scheduling product. You are responsible for establishing a strong foundation that will drive future successes. Ultimately, your outstanding organizational skills will impress the customer and build extreme confidence from the onset.

As a critical member of the TDS organization, you will complete configuration according to customers’ success criteria determined during the onboarding process. You will use established best practices to address targeted business outcomes and ensure transfer of configuration knowledge to the Customer Success organization. You will work collectively with all teams throughout QGenda to meet the customer's “go live” expectations.  

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Configures QGenda solution using customer requirements and best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Customer Success team
  • Prepares for and leads implementation & customer training calls as appropriate, documents final configuration of QGenda setup, and transfers knowledge effectively to Customer Success
  • Work cross functionally with (Technical Account Managers) TAM’s, Project Coordinators and Project Managers, Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) and other QGenda resources, to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered
  • Maintain task plans and timelines in workflow management system and customer success platform (CSP)
  • Escalate to management when customer’s success criteria are in jeopardy and when customers are dissatisfied with progress and movement of the on-boarding process

Who You Are 

  • Able to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Consistently show attention to detail pertaining to product setup and configuration and have creative problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Experience You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences and other industry events
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software as well as Google Suite Products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet

Not Required, but Nice to Have

  • Engineering or other technical degree 
  • SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience 
  • Experience/exposure to the healthcare and IT ecosystem
