About Your Role
The QGenda SVP Sales, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, will be a proven leader providing strategic mentorship, data analysis, and contributions to the training, knowledge and success of the QGenda Field Sales team. This person is an experienced team builder sought to generate pipeline and bookings growth within this strategic segment of the business, working across the suite of solutions within QGenda’s Workforce Management platform.
The SVP is responsible for ensuring the team is maintaining high activity standards and ensuring the execution of a strategic market engagement plan. This includes driving C-Level engagement and relationship building within customers and prospects, complying with company standards tied to sales process and CRM utilization, effectively engaging dedicated demand generation resources and additional sales resources deemed key to success. The SVP must have a proven ability to encourage, motivate, and enhance the productivity of AEs through skill development, compliance to operating procedures and rules of engagement, providing inspiration, and building a highly empowered, constructive and energetic sales culture.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Motivate, inspire and provide one-on-one mentorship to a team of Sales VPs
- Meet weekly with sales leadership to properly align execution to strategy to meet an established quota
- Drive continuous improvement in sales skills, product knowledge and market awareness across the team
- Stay up to date with healthcare industry knowledge, trends, and market developments
- Engage with Field Sales team to drive ongoing and interactive C-level relationships within prospects and customers
- Ensure proper use of Salesforce.com and other technologies within a cutting-edge tech stack in support of the sales team
- Work with GTM Operations and leadership to ensure appropriate metrics, data analysis, and trending within the segment
- Ensure accurate forecasting of team’s opportunities
- Other duties as assigned by management
Who You Are
- Located in Atlanta, with the ability to commute to QGenda HQ (Buckhead)
- Proven track record with the ability to drive continued scale relative to process, structure, and personnel
- Operational capability and strength leveraging data in decision-making strategic and proactive thinker with a cross-functional mindset, effectively liaising with Marketing, GTM Operations, Product Strategy, Customer Success, and Finance Process-oriented with a strong sense of accountability to the bookings performance of the team
- Strong leadership and a proven track record of delivering results across a multi-faceted, multi-location team
- Must be a skilled leader with a passion for the development of others, with the ability to identify strengths and weakness of the team and deliver effective and timely coaching, where necessary
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapid change/growth environment
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Proven ability to make strong sales hires, to manage high-performing sellers and managers, and build a high-functioning team
Experience You Bring
- 7+ years of sales people management in the Enterprise / Platform SaaS, with healthcare experience strongly preferred
- 15+ years of direct selling experience in healthcare SaaS, either in direct seller or manager role
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other elements of the sales tech stack
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, MBA preferred
- Ability to travel, up to 30%
