This Role:

Quadbridge is seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Partner, Recruitment and Engagement to join our Talent and Engagement team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Peole & Culture, this role is a key contributor to Quadbridge’s talent strategy and plays a critical role in attracting, hiring, onboarding, and engaging top talent across our offices in Montreal, Kitchener, Vancouver & the US. 

This is an individual contributor role that extends beyond full-cycle recruitment. The Talent Partner operates as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels and owns both pre-hire and post-hire strategies, ensuring a strong candidate experience and supporting early engagement and retention. 

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Pre-Hire Strategy 
    • Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across all departments in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles, develop and manage job postings, proactively source and screen candidates, and oversee applicant tracking and records within Greenhouse ATS. 
    • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across internal and external job boards. 
    • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing tools. 
    • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.
    • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations to strengthen recruitment strategies and employer branding. 
  • Post-Hire Engagement & Retention 
    • Own the post-hire engagement strategy for all employees by monitoring and analyzing data from onboarding survey data, pulse check surveys, engagement metrics, and eNPS results  
    • Own the post-hire engagement strategy for new employees from Day 1 through Month 3. 
    • Conduct structured new-hire check-ins to support onboarding effectiveness, engagement, and early retention. 
    • Identify trends and risks related to new-hire experience and early attrition. 
    • Provide actionable insights and reporting to senior leadership based on results and trends. 


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency), with demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-requisition workloads in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent platforms. 
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is considered an asset. 
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study, or equivalent related experience.
