THE ROLE
Logistics Manager, Canada
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our growing team.
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive logistics operator to manage end-to-end order fulfillment performance for the Canadian business. This individual will own operational execution across order management, Canadian warehouse fulfillment, middle-mile transportation, final-mile delivery performance, and reverse logistics.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing complex fulfillment networks involving multiple fulfillment sources including Canadian, US and Asian distribution centers. They thrive in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and bring a strong operational mindset to identify root causes, resolve issues quickly, and implement scalable improvements.
Responsibilities
Canadian Warehouse & Operational Leadership
Own the day-to-day operational performance of Quince’s Canadian 3PL warehouse, ensuring inbound, outbound, and returns operations run efficiently and meet fulfillment SLAs.
- Lead daily operations at the Canadian 3PL warehouse including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, and returns processing.
- Ensure orders fulfilled from the Canadian warehouse meet SLA requirements for pick, pack, and dispatch.
- Work directly with the 3PL to resolve operational issues and improve throughput.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and operational capacity.
- Identify operational improvements that increase fulfillment speed and reduce handling costs.
Order Management and Exception Handling
Own end-to-end order lifecycle performance for all Canadian customer orders, regardless of fulfillment origin (CA, US, Asia, India, Dropship etc)
- Monitor daily order flow and ensure orders are fulfilled, dispatched, and delivered within defined SLAs.
- Track P90 Order-to-Delivery performance with a target of ≤ 5 days.
- Break down and analyze delivery failures by root cause including fulfillment delays, middle mile transportation failures, final mile guarantee miss, customs clearance, vendor delays
- Manage operational visibility across the order pipeline to identify delivery risks early.
- Partner with Customer Experience to resolve delivery issues impacting customers.
- You will report to our weekly Logistics Ratings - Contact Rate and Customer Reviews pertaining to a negative experience.
Carrier Management and Performance Reporting
Manage transportation performance across middle-mile logistics and final-mile delivery networks.
- Oversee the middle-mile network, including Airskipping, Line Skip (Truck), Airprot Retrievals and Final Mile Injections
- Coordinate freight scheduling for both air and truck transportation.
- Forecast transportation demand and ensure adequate freight capacity.
- Monitor performance of final-mile carriers across Canada.
- Track Metrics Including On-Time delivery, transit time, O2D P90, Carrier Exceptions
- Conduct weekly reviews with partners,
Reverse Logistics and Return Restocking Performance
Own reverse logistics operations for the Canadian business and maximize recovery value from returned inventory.
- Manage returns intake, inspection, and restocking processes with the Canadian 3PL.
- Improve back-to-stock rates through better rework processes and quality inspection workflows.
- Partner with the warehouse to implement returns reconditioning processes where applicable.
- Implement return-to-vendor programs for specific product categories.
- Build liquidation processes for unsellable inventory to maximize recovery value.
Qualifications
Required:
- In office/facility Monday through Thursday.
- 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, fulfillment, within an Ecommerce environment.
- Experience working with 3PL warehouse partners and overseeing daily warehouse operations, must include Returns management.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce order management workflows, including fulfillment, dispatch, transit, and delivery milestones.
- Experience managing carrier networks and transportation operations, including parcel, trucking, or air freight.
- Ability to work on-site at the Canadian warehouse (GTA) 1–2 days per week to support operational oversight and collaboration with the 3PL partner.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
Pay Range
$120,000 - $135,000 CAD
