THE ROLE

Strategy & Operations New Business- Interior Design / Hospitality 

This role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of New Businesses by supporting leadership with short to long term projects. Our organization is deeply committed to being data-driven and fostering a performance-driven culture. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for driving cross-functional projects that deliver tangible value to our customers.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities - New Business Strategy & Ops

  • Drive follow-ups, execution, and accountability across senior stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Support functions across the New Business Organization, stepping into any vertical or function as needed—no task too small or too complex

Business Ownership (Interior Design / Hospitality)

  • Act as business owner for the Interior Design & Hospitality vertical as the business scales from $5 to $20M in GMV this year in preparation for hiring a full time GM for the business. 
  • Own core funnel metrics (form submits, CPL, conversion) and overall performance
  • Oversight of a contracted growth marketing team
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into go to market improvements. 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Proven self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-impact outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and data to drive best-in-class business results
  • Experience navigating complex, ambiguous business challenges and making high-judgment decisions with speed and confidence
  • Comfortable operating in environments with limited precedent, with the ability to independently chart a path forward
  • Thrives in high-performance, fast-paced cultures that value candor, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong alignment with collaborative environments where ownership and decision-making are distributed across levels
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect short-term execution to long-term business goals
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to support senior leadership on both tactical and strategic projects, including new business development efforts
  • Passion for building and contributing to performance-driven, customer-centric organizations
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams

 

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range

$165,000 - $175,000 USD
