Specialist, 1st Mile Routing & Corridor Management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are keen to have an industrial expert join us, and aggressively drive and manage daily operations to achieve KPIs/SLA with effective management & cooperation among manufacturing vendors and 1st mile partners. Additionally, quick learning, pro-active working, result driven and moving fast will be ideal for our candidates. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor day-to-day 1st-mile operations from origin countries to designated global fulfillment centers. Track shipment progress across key milestones, including factory pickup, international freight, import clearance, cross-docking, and final delivery.
• Assist local factories with pickup bookings, applying established routing logic to assign shipments to the correct logistics partners.
• Execute daily operations according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor carrier performance against established KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
• Track cross-border shipments proactively. Identify and troubleshoot routine operational issues—such as carrier delays, missing ASN/system data, factory delays, and basic customs holds—by coordinating directly with internal teams and external logistics providers.
• Assist the logistics procurement team with RFP/RFQ data preparation, carrier onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination with nominated B2B logistics partners.
• Support the testing and daily utilization of logistics portal tools alongside product and tech teams to ensure smooth data flow and vendor compliance.
• Collect operational data to generate regular performance reports, operational metrics tracking, and basic cost/PnL summaries. Identify trends to suggest practical workflow improvements.
• Provide operational support for new logistics initiatives and carrier rollouts aligned with global expansion plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates with 2+ years of working experience in logistics or supply chain industry, and familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics operations. 
• Bachelor's degree or above and proficient in English reading, writing and communication.
• Good logic thinking and solution design capabilities with necessary industrial acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills, with excellent result orientation and stress resistance.
• Excellent in data analysis, with the ability to write data analysis reports and the capability to conceptualize data visualization.
• Strong project and process management.
