We are hiring a Marketing Programs & Events Coordinator to support high-impact events and marketing activities across North America. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and wants to grow broad marketing skills-from event management to email campaigns and CRM segmentation.

This is a remote position but we prefer candidates be located in Austin, TX to coordinate event shipping

About the Role:

Take lead in coordinating ~20-30 events annually, while also supporting campaign execution, sales enablement, and content coordination to ensure every event and initiative drives pipeline and partner engagement.

Responsible for managing a full mix of B2B marketing events, ranging from virtual webinars to executive roundtables to trade show sponsorships. You’ll also assist in executing campaigns that support these events, including segmentation, email marketing, asset creation, landing pages, and follow-up content.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management (70%)

  • Lead or support 2–4 events per month (webinars, conferences, roundtables)
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor management, booth and venue orders, registration setup, and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, and Microsoft contacts to select topics and speakers, manage agendas, and facilitate speaker and event team readiness
  • Support event promotion across email, sales enablement, web, digital, and social channels in partnership with the demand generation team
  • Ensure seamless pre- and post-event execution including attendee tracking, lead processing, and reporting on KPIs
  • Maintain internal event calendars and budgets, and contribute to planning meetings with marketing and sales stakeholders

Marketing Coordination (30%)

  • Support campaign delivery by building or QA'ing event assets (emails, landing pages, forms, confirmation/follow-up content)
  • Collaborate with SMEs to produce event-related content like presentation decks, recap blogs, and highlight videos
  • Manage list segmentation and journey setup in Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Track lead engagement across events and campaigns and share insights with sales for timely follow-up
  • Help ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and fully aligned to event goals and KPIs
  • Support the channel and demand generation team in other campaign tasks

Tools You’ll Use:

  • CRM/Automation: Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Event Platforms: Microsoft Teams, RingCentral
  • Productivity & PM Tools: OneDrive, Planner, Teams, Excel

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or event coordination
  • Comfortable owning logistics while also contributing to strategy and storytelling
  • Excellent multitasker with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Confident communicator and collaborator across departments and partners
  • Knowledge of B2B email and event best-practices
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Dynamics)

Preferred But Not Required:

  • Experience in B2B tech, cloud, or professional services marketing
  • Familiarity with video editing and creation
  • Understanding of lead scoring, sales handoff workflows, or ABM practices

Location & Travel:

  • Remote (Austin, TX preferred to coordinate event shipping)
  • Occasional travel (10–20%) for trade shows or in-person events
