Technical Project Manager - Systems and Infrastructure (Full-Time - New York)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in technical project management in the financial services industry is a plus
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, or infrastructure tooling
• Understanding of hardware infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage
• Experience with Linux systems, including basic administration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with project management tools and applications
• Self motivated and and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware and software infrastructure deployments for trading on exchanges worldwide
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish clear plans, and assign responsibilities for complex technical infrastructure initiatives
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure alignment on project goals
• Maintain project timelines, communicate status updates, and manage project dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability
• Leverage Python to automate workflows, analyze data, and improve infrastructure processes
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal hardware configurations and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues
