Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in digital marketing ecosystem modeling and insights, including in display, programmatic, video, social, email and direct mail.
  • Leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence on behalf of clients to drive customer experience and marketing optimization.
  • Data engineer prototypes of frameworks and models and create requirements for the technology team to implement tools promoted to production.
  • Research and apply new data science techniques and tools to drive value for agency clients.
  • Manage concurrent client projects, partnering with Analytics, Technology/Data, Strategy, Campaign, Project Management, and Media Planning teams to drive insights.
  • Manage team of data scientists, including attracting, nurturing and retaining talent. Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS and experience:

  • Masters in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering Science, plus 2 years of experience in position offered or as Senior Data Scientist in a marketing agency.
  • All required experience must have included using statistics, model building, machine learning, algorithm construction, and programming in Python, R and SQL to analyze datasets with a goal of extracting actionable insights; developing sophisticated statistical models for targeted and strategic digital marketing, including (i) profile-based, behavioral, lifetime value (LTV) and other customer segmentation models, (ii) response, look-alike, loyalty, net lift and other sales models, (iii) in-market and other timing models, (iv) mixed media and marketing attribution models (v) and lead, sales and other key performance indicator (KPI) models; working with structured and unstructured data and APIs; mentoring junior Data Scientists in digital marketing ecosystem modeling and insights; and presenting statistical results in a clear and concise manner for a non-technical audience. #LI-DNI.
  • This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location. Salary: $150,000-$165,000/year.
