Account Supervisor

YOUR ROLE:
The Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of integrated digital advertising initiatives. This role serves as a key client contact for ongoing project execution, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Working closely with internal cross-functional teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders, the Account Supervisor helps translate strategic direction into actionable plans and drives projects from kickoff through launch and optimization. This role is highly tactical and detail-oriented, requiring strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in digital marketing and account management, with experience managing complex workstreams, coordinating deliverables across teams, and maintaining strong day-to-day client relationships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of digital advertising campaigns and related marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client stakeholders and internal team members.
- Manage ongoing communications related to project status, timelines, deliverables, risks, and next steps.
- Build strong working relationships with clients through responsiveness, organization, and consistent follow-through.
- Support client meetings by preparing agendas, status updates, meeting recaps, and action-item tracking.
- Help ensure client feedback is clearly documented, communicated internally, and incorporated into deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, workbacks, deliverable trackers, and status reports across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, media, production, analytics, and operations teams to keep work moving efficiently.
- Confirm all deliverables meet quality standards, align with approved scope, and are delivered on schedule.
- Identify project risks, timeline shifts, and executional issues early, escalating appropriately and helping drive resolution.
- Support campaign launches and trafficking readiness by confirming assets, approvals, specifications, and dependencies are in place.
- Ensure plans are executed effectively and client work progresses smoothly on a daily basis.
- Translate client needs and feedback into clear internal direction and actionable task lists.
- Maintain alignment between account, creative, media, and production teams throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Partner with more senior account leadership to ensure work reflects broader business goals and client priorities.
- Support the development and maintenance of project estimates, scopes, timelines, and budget trackers.
- Assist in managing change requests, scope adjustments, and documentation of out-of-scope work.
- Ensure financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time, including approvals, reconciliations, and status documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, or digital marketing within an agency or related environment.
- Experience managing day-to-day execution of large-scale digital advertising campaigns or integrated marketing programs.
- Familiarity with digital media, CRM, website/content, social, and performance marketing workflows.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Media agency partners and clients to develop integrated DCO-oriented campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with platforms and toolsets such as Innovid/Flashtalking, Celtra, The Trade Desk, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Viant, PubMatic, or similar solutions is a strong plus.
- Automotive, luxury, or premium-brand experience highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, media, strategy, analytics, and production.
- Comfort managing timelines, deliverables, client feedback, and project documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (Workfront, Figma, MS Suite)

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
