Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Increasing sales through convincing Merchants/ Enterprises of our capabilities.
  • Establishing, growing, and maintaining commercial ties with clients—both current and potential—in the designated territory or market segment in order to attract new clients for our goods and services.
  • Creating a sales funnel, long-term goals, and business planning.
  • Keeping an eye out for changes in the customer's organization that could have an impact on future business.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with product groups, marketing, sales management, accounting, and internal stakeholders.
  • Independently locating and acquiring new Merchants/ Enterprise accounts, as well as upselling to our current clientele in close collaboration with our partners or on our own.
  • Using the CRM and sales management system to manage the sales process.
  • Locating key bureaucrats on our own and establishing contacts with them either directly or in close collaboration with our partners.
  • Managing stakeholders both inside and outside the project.
  • Collaborating with several bank partners Background & Education.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Retail Tech/ CRM SaaS solution selling environment.
  • Experience in pitching to the CXOs of large scaled enterprises.
  • Experience in selling products that impact the bottom lines of global brands.
  • Must have a customer centric approach with prior corporate client facing experience.
  • Fluency in local languages.
  • Good Knowledge of Excel & Dashboards (AI usage will be an added advantage)
  • B2B Sales experience in the Retail Tech/ SaaS sector would be preferable focused towards Retail segment
  • The capacity to efficiently arrange, prioritize, and manage customer relationships in order to optimize activity that generates income.
  • To quickly and directly seal a contract.
  • Ability to promote change and make decisions with commercial heft.
  • High level of motivation, self-drive, and independence.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and bargaining skills.
  • Organized and focused with a strong desire to succeed.

Additional Notes:

  • This is an Individual Contributor Role (IC) and will not involve team management
  • Travelling could be around 50% or higher
  • Location: Bangalore
