About the position
The Quality Control Analyst ensures that all ads delivered to clients meet brand guidelines, adhere to client requests, and maintain the highest creative and technical standards. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring smooth collaboration between our internal teams. Reporting to the Lead of QC, the analyst will work within a POD structure and closely interact with creatives, editors, and PMs.
Responsibilities:
- Review all ads, scripts, and footage requests to ensure compliance with client brand guidelines and Do’s and Don’ts, and media legal regulations.
- Track and analyze errors, speed of review, client feedback, and red flags, contributing to process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Do’s and Don’ts document creation, providing insights and updates when necessary.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation.
- Identify potential quality risks and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Contribute to process optimization by proposing initiatives and improvements.
- Ensure both technical (resolution, frame rate, compression) and creative (brand consistency, messaging accuracy) quality standards are met.

What You Need
- Experience in quality control, advertising, or performance agencies is a bonus.
- Video editing skills. Familiarity with Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, compression, color correction, and optimization to ensure quality and platform compatibility.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level (you’ll be working with English-speaking stakeholders).
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
