Job Summary:

21GRAMS is looking for a VP, Strategy Director to join our growing team!

No-one’s favourite brand is the one that helps them live longer; we believe it should be. Over the last 5 years, 21GRAMS has been on a mission, bringing a more soulful, meaningful and fundamentally more human approach to healthcare brands. And it’s been successful. But we need to do more. And as part of that, we need a senior brand & communications strategist to join the EMEA team, helping elevate our thinking to the highest levels for clients who need world-leading creativity – and ultimately shape and drive growth of the UK offices.

Our mission is about creating the most effective work for clients through the power of creativity, and that starts with listening and thinking. By knowing the audience better than they know themselves, and applying that insight to the client’s business opportunity, we can build brands and create campaigns that are more powerful than any sneaker brand. And for that, we need you.

What You’ll Do

• You will be the go-to person for brand and communications strategy, giving our creative firepower direction and focus.
• Partner with the wider team (client service, creative, insight, medical & activation) on the marketing challenges clients bring to us, from long-term strategic brand development assignments to immediate tactical needs, applying class-leading thinking to help structure and direct our response to be as effective as possible.
• Make sure any of thew work we do meets the high standards we all expect.
• Inspire and develop the 21GRAMS EMEA team and clients through strategic thought-leadership, helping educate and shape the team’s skills and capabilities
• Work with the 21GRAMS Global strategy team in the development of approaches, models, techniques and thought-leadership pieces that ensure we are at the forefront of brand strategy
• Partner with 21GRAMS and Real Chemistry colleagues to create and deliver appealing new business ideas, proposals, presentations.

Who you are:

• Extensive experience in brand strategy within a healthcare advertising agency
• Extensive experience working with Rx products and pharmaceutical clients
• Demonstrable experience working closely with creatives
• Experience working on global AOR accounts
• Team player
• Excited by new business and being part of a growing team
• Excellent written & verbal communication
