YOUR IMPACT 

Redwood is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Transformation Analyst, with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving our Finance Transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday optimization and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Workday and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Workday solutions in a transformation context. This role will be hybrid and must be able to commute to our Hyderabad office 2-3 days a week.
 

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects in the Finance and Accounting Organization through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and training.
• Collaborate with functional leaders and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks that may impact project success.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday and integrated systems.
• Support the functionality of various systems with Workday including Accounting Center, Adaptive Planning, and Prism Analytics.
• Focus on end-to-end Accounting and Finance process automation.
• Support AI initiative governance and enablement.
• Research latest AI capabilities and use cases for Finance and Accounting.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting with a mix of:
  • 2-3 years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • 2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven technical expertise in Workday:
  • Modules such as Financials, Adaptive Planning, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics.
  • Integrations using various methods and tools.
  • Security framework and its application to various business processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with other financial systems and tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications.
• Experience in a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
• Experience with AI in the Finance department.
• Experience in the Software Industry.
