Talent Acquisition Specialist & Employee Experience Coordinator:
We are looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Specialist/Coordinator who is a motivated self-starter to play a critical role on the People and Culture team. No task is too big or too small. This role will be supporting interview scheduling, sourcing, on-boarding, as well as providing administrative support for the People Team. In addition, this role will work with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions and needs for recruitment, then source a diverse candidate pool and manage the process to hire the best talent for their teams. This specialist is detail oriented, passionate about Talent Acquisition, successful at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key to success is the ability to be self-directed, highly organized, proactive with a clear understanding of how critical this role is for the overall success of the People & Culture team.
What You'll Do:
- Scheduling candidate interviews for Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers (phone, video, in-person)
- 60% of the role is primarily overseeing scheduling, coordinating, ad hoc TA administration (i.e., responding to internal TA support requests, creating/sending offers, etc.)
- Sourcing potential candidate pipelines, conduct research and provide support for target recruitment activities
- Build and maintain relationship with candidates throughout the recruiting process by updating them on candidate status, answering questions and scheduling following discussion
- Assist in development of sourcing strategies including job postings, candidate pipelining and candidate pre-qualification techniques
- Assist recruiters in managing job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards
- Update and maintain ATS (applicant tracking system) to include reporting
- Support and manage the Ref’s Internship Program
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects, including Ref’s Internship Program
- Manage the on-boarding process from offer letter to new hire onboarding
- HR administrative duties
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years experience supporting a team of recruiters or sales professionals
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
- Hybrid work schedule 3 days/week at our offices in Culver City & Vernon
