Junior Stylist
No position at Reformation is about the status quo, every team member is passionate about building a company rooted in excellence. Obsessed with technology and using it to create a unique interaction between our employees, customers, and the Reformation brand; the Sample coordinator will support photoshoot operational efforts. You are extremely organized, willing to go the extra mile and are willing to work occasional weekends/holidays.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist Stylist on set with dressing models for ecommerce shoots and some editorial shoots.
- Steam all samples before shoots and pack any samples and accessories for editorial or send out shoots.
- Ensure the styling closet is maintained and organized daily.
- Ensure all samples and accessories are brought to and from on location shoots.
- Ensure fit of each garment is accurate when dressing by referencing fit pass offs.
- Execute pick ups and returns for any styling items purchased online or in store, as well as consigning.
- Assist Stylist with trend reports and weekly mood boards for styling reference.
- Maintain budget with Stylist and assist with monthly tracking.
- Create shopping decks for online shopping as well as in-person shopping for accessories when directed by Stylist.
- Ensure key closet items are always available in the closet in correct sizes and kept after shooting when applicable.
- Create inventory pulls for styling items and work with Studio Sample Coordinator(s) to ensure timely arrivals & returns.
- Help ensure sustainability and cleanliness in styling closet and processes.
- Reports to Stylist.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year's relevant experience in a fast paced environment.
- Living in Los Angeles and ability to commute to Vernon/Frogtown offices, you will work from the office almost every day.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Drive.
- Must demonstrate understanding of the Reformation brand and look
- Extremely detail oriented, takes initiative and is not afraid to follow up.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
- Collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional partners.
- Bring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily, willing to work hard and take initiative, assertive.
- Understand the core values and culture of Reformation and reflect these in all efforts.
