Work Location & Hours: Vernon Distribution Center, Full-time 3pm - 11:30pm

 

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our automated warehouse. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and other warehouse equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience working with automated systems in a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automated systems, including conveyors and AutoStore systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on warehouse automation equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance work orders with a sense of urgency to minimize operational downtime.
  • Calibrate and align sensors, scanners, and other electronic components.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance manager and Operations team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and relocation as needed.
  • Maintain safety standards, ensure proper lockout/tagout procedures are followed, and identify potential hazards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and warehouse processes.

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with Autostore systems and conveyor systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with HAZMAT regulations, OSHA standards, and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Flexibility to respond to after-hours or emergency situations.

 

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated hourly range is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour + bonus 1% eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
