About the Role:
We’re seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior Manager, Paid Search (SEM) to join our dynamic and accomplished Paid Search team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing cutting-edge paid search strategies that drive customer acquisition and fuel sales growth, while managing large-scale annual budgets (in the eight figures).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day campaign management across multiple Google Ads accounts, including ideation, keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage and execute campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Demand Generation, YouTube, and all Bing platforms.
- Oversee Merchant Center product feeds, optimizing data to drive strategic growth in Shopping Campaigns.
- Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy, and landing page experiments.
- Optimize campaigns to deliver results for both online and in-store conversions.
- Manage large monthly budgets, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed sales and revenue goals while maintaining attention to fundamentals like Quality Score and ad copy testing.
- Build and maintain performance reporting to highlight trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term paid search strategies, sharing key findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Paid Search managers, creative teams, marketing, analytics, and product teams to test, scale, and grow revenue. This includes managing landing pages in self-service platforms like Unbounce, when applicable.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (AdWords) and Bing paid search/shopping campaigns for B2C e-commerce, including prospecting and RLSA audiences (required).
- Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center and manual feed development and management.
- Familiarity with modern account structures, automated bid strategies, consolidated account frameworks, DDA attribution models, portfolio bid strategies, etc.
- Deep knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem, including algorithms, bid strategies/techniques, measurement tools, and Google Analytics 360 (required).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data and solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated success in launching, building, tracking, scaling, and optimizing new accounts.
- Experience in attribution, tracking, testing, and campaign reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Looker is a plus.
- Experience managing large product feeds (100,000+ SKUs) is preferred.
