What We Do:
The Product Admin team is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s E-commerce platform and all post-purchase products, features, and functionalities. Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools to our in-house customers to support the company’s goals and growth. As part of the team, you will own these complex processes end-to-end, including designing and measuring their impact.
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a talented Product Manager, a fresh thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, to build on our E-commerce platform and post-purchase products. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can collaborate closely with our Operations team, understand its challenges, and develop new initiatives and innovative solutions to tackle them.
This role is a maternity leave replacement, offering a great opportunity to make an impact while gaining meaningful experience in product management in a fast-growing company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and execute key parts of the company’s product roadmap
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Collaborate with cross-global Dev, Data, Design, Operations, and internal teams
- Monitor system health and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Identify broken or manual processes across the organization and design automation solutions
- Support operational teams in achieving KPIs through tools, features, and process innovation
- Document procedures, specifications, and integration flows with clarity and precision
- Design products and solutions that directly improve financial and operational metrics
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Product, Project, or Product Operations; candidates with similar experience from other industries looking to transition into a tech company are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in E-commerce, B2B, or SaaS companies - major advantage
- Experience mapping business processes, writing requirement documents, and managing product roadmap
- Experience with building products based on data analysis and executing data-driven decisions
- Ability to comprehend system functionality and architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Fluency in English
