Who We’re Looking For

As the Product Owner for Oracle Cloud SCM, you will be the critical link between our customers' supply chain challenges and the mobile solutions that solve them. You'll translate complex Oracle Cloud requirements into intuitive mobile experiences that supply chain teams actually want to use—directly impacting how our customers manage inventory, fulfill orders, and run their operations. Working at the intersection of ERP expertise and agile product development, you'll partner with engineering, product strategy, and customers to define and deliver features that drive measurable operational improvements.

This role puts you at the center of our Oracle Cloud product evolution, where your decisions directly shape how hundreds of warehouse and manufacturing teams work every day.

How You'll Drive Impact

Define the Product Vision

  • Transform prioritized requirements into clear, actionable user stories that enable Development to build features customers love and adopt quickly
  • Design optimal user experiences that seamlessly bridge mobile workflows with Oracle Cloud transactional integrity, ensuring warehouse teams work efficiently while maintaining ERP data accuracy
  • Subject matter expert with deep understanding of assigned products portfolio and a desire to continue elevating the end user experience

Champion the Voice of the User

  • Serve as the go-to Oracle Cloud ERP expert across the organization, translating complex supply chain functionality into solutions that solve real operational problems
  • Lead discovery sessions with customers, Product Strategy, and internal stakeholders to uncover the requirements behind the requirements and identify opportunities that drive competitive advantage

Drive Agile Delivery Excellence

  • Own the product backlog and release roadmap, prioritizing features that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams through design sprints and development cycles, ensuring clear communication of scope, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing that validates features meet both functional requirements and deliver the intended operational outcomes

Ensure Product Success

  • Partner with Development using agile methodology to maintain delivery momentum while navigating technical complexity and shifting priorities
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and proactively identify enhancement opportunities based on usage patterns, support feedback, and evolving ERP capabilities
  • Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure accurate, user-friendly guidance that accelerates customer adoption

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP supply chain applications (Oracle Cloud preferably), particularly Inventory and Manufacturing modules
  • Real-world supply chain operations experience—you've worked in or closely with healthcare, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record working within Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Technical mindset with exceptional attention to detail—you can think through complex system integrations and edge cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive decisions, and resolve competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Healthcare or hospital supply chain operations experience
  • Previous experience with mobile supply chain applications or warehouse management systems
  • Oracle Cloud implementation or consulting background
  • Experience in SaaS product development environments
