About the Role:

Join RF-SMART as we scale our NetSuite WMS platform serving customers worldwide. As Senior Product Director, you'll lead a team of 10 + product leaders focused on product vision and strategy that powers critical warehouse and manufacturing operations, helping businesses move, track, and fulfill millions of items daily with speed and accuracy.

In this senior leadership role, you'll own product strategy for B2B SaaS platforms focused on warehouse management, manufacturing execution, and mobile operational workflows. You'll build and mentor a high-performing product team while partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Services, and Executive Leadership to drive growth and customer value.

We're looking for a product leader who excels at translating market insights into compelling product strategy, developing high-performing teams, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders—all while maintaining focus on customer value and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WMS, Manufacturing, and Mobile solutions, aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Understand market trends and competitive landscape to identify unique value propositions.
  • Develop product packaging and licensing to maximize customer value and revenue.
  • Oversee the development of compelling product narratives that clearly communicate customer value and competitive advantage. 
  • Ensure strong integration and alignment with ERP systems as systems of record.

Product Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Establish and reinforce product management best practices, including discovery, prioritization, outcome-based road mapping, and customer validation.
  • Build a high-trust, high-accountability product culture focused on customer value and business impact.
  • Lead your team to make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product in-market.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary product leader for executive-level stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Support, and Finance.
  • Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Services to ensure market readiness, customer adoption, and successful deployments.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and operational realities into clear product outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment across competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.

AI Enablement & Product Innovation

  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in both internal product workflows and customer-facing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experience within WMS and Manufacturing environments.
  • Encourage responsible, practical, and outcome-driven use of AI across product teams.

  • Proven ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. 
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, particularly in SaaS, e-commerce, and supply chain domains. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, customer feedback, and research to inform decisions. 

Execution & Product Delivery 

  • Expertise in balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution priorities. 
  • Proficient in agile and lean product development methodologies. 
  • Strong risk management skills with the ability to adapt strategies in dynamic environments. 

Communication & Influence

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, and partners. 
  • Strong storytelling skills to convey product vision and value. 
  • Experienced in negotiation and conflict resolution, with a focus on collaborative outcomes. 
  • Ability to recruit and collaborate with customers in beta programs that provide necessary early-stage product feedback.

Domain Experience

  • Background in B2B SaaS, including licensing models and cloud deployment
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of leadership roles, with at least 5 years of product management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
