Salary Range: $65,000- $70,000 annually
Reports to: Director of Operations or COO

Position Summary:
- RISE Association Management Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented IT & Systems Operations Coordinator to support our internal technology environment and cross-platform workflows. This hybrid role is responsible for first-line IT support, systems access management, operational tech procurement, and automation setup across our platforms. You’ll be the go-to person for internal tech needs while helping us stay secure, connected, and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to and resolve inbound help desk tickets (~50% of workload), including basic troubleshooting, access issues, and office equipment setup
- Procure, configure, and deploy IT hardware (laptops, monitors, AV gear) for new users and office workspaces
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding across systems: Microsoft 365, Adobe, CINC Systems, and other SaaS platforms
- Serve as internal liaison to CINC Systems to coordinate support ticket resolutions for staff
- Maintain active license tracking and renewal schedules for critical platforms (Office 365, Adobe, Zoom, etc.)
- Monitor and triage internal security alerts (e.g., phishing attempts, suspicious links)
- Coordinate building maintenance and work orders, including office AV systems and printers
- Build QR codes using Bit.ly for operational signage and communications
- Design internal forms and workflows using Microsoft Forms and Formidable (Formstack)
- Set up and maintain integrations using Zapier to connect software tools, improve reporting, and streamline internal operations
- Support technology-related projects such as office relocations, AV upgrades, or software rollouts
Required Skills & Experience:- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar hybrid role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Admin Center)
- Experience with SaaS license management and user provisioning
- Familiarity with Bit.ly, Formidable (or Formstack), Microsoft Forms, and Zapier
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a resourceful, service-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ability to identify common threats
- Highly organized; able to manage cross-functional tasks across departments
- Bonus: Familiarity with CINC Systems, A+ or other IT certifications
Work Environment:- Based in RISE’s Houston HQ; hybrid flexibility available after onboarding
- Reports to: Director of Operations or COO
- Some lifting/setup of hardware (monitors, docking stations) may be required
