DRV Driver
Location: 77098
Pay Range: $15-20 per hour
Employment Status: Full-time
Position Overview
The DRV Driver is a key member of our Community Enhancement Team responsible for conducting routine Deed Restriction Violation (DRV) drives throughout assigned communities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining community standards by identifying and documenting property violations in accordance with association governing documents.
Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled DRV drives in assigned communities using a company-provided vehicle or mileage reimbursement (as applicable)

Accurately document violations using a mobile device and proprietary software during the drive

Upload photo evidence and enter detailed descriptions of observed violations into the system

Maintain consistency, neutrality, and professionalism when identifying violations

Follow established routes and timelines to ensure timely completion of drives

Communicate any issues or delays to the Community Enhancement Coordinator or Supervisor

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned vehicle (if applicable)

Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for data entry and photo capture

Detail-oriented with strong observational skills

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Familiarity with HOA communities or property standards a plus

Must be able to sit for extended periods and walk short distances as needed

Additional Information
- Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Working Conditions:
- Primarily indoors, with occasional requirements to attend client board meetings in the evenings.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work seated for most of the day.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $15-20 per hour
- Benefits Package:
- 20 days of PTO annually + 11 paid holidays.
