On-Site Operations Leader
Location: 77584
Pay Range: $55,000 - $57,000 per year
Employment Status: Full-Time
Position Overview
The On-Site Operations Leader serves as the liaison between the homeowners’ association (HOA) and its residents, ensuring the smooth administration of community policies, financial management, and resident relations. This role involves enforcing community guidelines through communication and/or violations, managing vendor contracts, managing all work orders, processing invoices, budget, and financial reporting awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise onsite teams, including admin staff, maintenance, concierge, and valet team.

Daily communication with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.

Provide a weekly Management Report to the Board of Directors.

Complete regular facility inspections for maintenance and deed restriction matters.

Preparation for Board Meeting materials, bid comparisons, and other documents needed for presentations.

Respond to all calls/emails within 24 hours of receipt.

Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and the community's documents, policies, and procedures.

Provides administrative, operational, and managerial support to the board.

Build and foster positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of service, timely and complete resolution of resident concerns, good communications, and continuous improvement in services for the community.

Displays exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that otherwise could be potential problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent experience and/or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.

Skills:
- Previous experience in property management or facilities management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of HOA regulations and procedures is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Must have your own transportation and the ability to travel to and from client sites.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Evenings and weekends as required by demand.
Typical Working Conditions
- Works primarily on property both outside and indoors.
- May be required to work any time of the day, evening, or night during the week and/or weekend.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $55,000 - $57,000 per year
