As a Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring liquidity, cash control, and financial visibility across the company's entities and currencies. 

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Cash & Liquidity Management: Ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts, currencies, and entities through daily cash positioning and forecasting.
• Financial Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Own cash flow projections and monitor actuals vs. forecast, analyzing variances and proposing strategies to address intercompany needs, FX exposure, and multi-entity financial impacts.
• Banking & Treasury Operations: Manage banking relationships, account structures, and electronic payments.
• Billing & Collections: Lead the team and end-to-end client cycle; onboarding, billing, and collections; driving AR performance and partnering with commercial teams to provide agility and better tools.
• Payment Governance & Controls: Own the payment calendar, bank reconciliations, and controls in coordination with Accounting; manage supplier payment terms, escalations, and vendor alignment.
• Stakeholder & Issue Management: Manage escalations and coordinate issue resolution with clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with commercial, procurement, and operational teams.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate FX and financial risks; ensure adherence to treasury policies and internal controls.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Drive automation and standardization of treasury processes to scale operations efficiently.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking; preferably in a startup or fast-paced company, high-growth environment
• 1–2 years in a team lead or people management role (desirable).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Xero) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking instruments, and financial markets; experience in multi-entity or regional finance structures is a plus.
• Advanced English, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams.
