About the Role

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within the state listed in the job posting.

As the Salesforce Project Manager for Operations you’ll play a vital role at Rocket Lawyer. We are looking for a collaborative individual excited to develop and own delivery of our salesforce roadmap for our Support, Sales and Fulfillment teams, as well as critical constituents and stakeholders across the business. This proactive individual will seek to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce implementation, optimizing our workflows and processes across Ops teams by gathering requirements and user feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is critically important to us, therefore the Salesforce Project Manager should be well versed in SFDC best practices, enjoy engaging constituents and derive great satisfaction from effective and thorough documentation and detailed tactical delivery.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and Operations, who will quickly dig into the details of our current implementations and provide business-critical support while actively helping define our roadmap for achieving  business objectives. The Salesforce Project Manager should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

The Salesforce Project Manager will work closely with Ops business unit leaders, Product Management and other technical teams and will report directly to the Director of Business Process Optimization in Operations.

Responsibilities

    • Define, manage and own SFDC roadmap for Support, Sales and fulfillment functions including requirement definition, documentation and prioritization based on user feedback and impeccable understanding of SFDC functionality and best practices
    • Unambiguously own all aspects of the implementation of changes, upgrades, new functionality, etc. in accordance with Rocket Lawyer processes while always seeking to evolve this process 
    • Facilitate Salesforce design projects and ongoing optimization efforts
    • Maintain active understanding of our Salesforce configurations including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, reports and other as needed
    • Relentlessly evaluate current implementation, capabilities and lead efforts to optimize external and internal customer experience, drive efficiency and automation
    • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities via standing stakeholder meetings in which you create agenda, drive agreement and socialize notes/outcomes/decisions
    • Serve as primary point of contact with 3rd party providers as needed
    • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
    • Lead New user and ongoing user training
    • Support and facilitate definition of data model and lead efforts to improve and optimize Salesforce data quality, including partnership with constituent teams ensuring perfect alignment across ecosystem 
    • Monitor and improve user adoption
    • Own technical and business process documentation
    • Working with integrated applications including Diapad, AirSlate, Rocket Lawyer databases and third party fulfillment integrations

Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of hands on experience with both Sales and Service Cloud
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Designing scalable, best practice solutions

  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions
