
Technical Product Manager, Filings Fulfillment
About the role
We are seeking an experienced, talented Product Manager. Your role will be to deliver a unified, global infrastructure that supports customers in the US and internationally, enabling them to submit government filings to ensure their business and personal life is legally compliant and supported. This includes filings for small businesses, government, tax, compliance, and other types of filings as we expand the business. Typically, filings include:
- New business registration and foreign filings
- Annual reports
- Amendments
- Registered Agent changes
- Trademarks and Copyrights
- Personal and business taxes
- Company dissolutions, and more
As the product manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, working closely with your stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to identify the best architectural path forward to meet the complex and revolutionary business requirements that underpin this product. You will ensure that Rocket Lawyer builds the right product and builds the product right. This includes defining KPIs to measure the success of your product, producing detailed requirements, and ensuring we release on time to hit our planned delivery dates.

- You’ll foster seamless collaboration across business leaders, engineers, UX designers, operational specialists, partners, and customer‑facing teams — making sure every voice is heard and aligned.
- You’ll drive confident, data‑informed decisions that balance customer needs, stakeholder priorities, and business objectives.
- You’ll bring passion and drive to advance our mission to make the law simple and affordable for all.
- You’ll share your expertise and accomplishments openly — using visual examples and storytelling to build trust and inspire others across the team.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience delivering and scaling SLA‑driven systems for well‑known brands.
- Skilled at launching high‑quality technical products that balance customer needs and business objectives.
- Strong track record of defining and achieving KPIs through data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Expertise in prioritizing functional and non‑functional requirements for extensible, API‑enabled, globally scalable platforms.
- Proficient in creating user flows, wireframes, and presentations that align stakeholders and teams.
- Skilled in agile delivery, breaking down projects into actionable tickets, and supporting engineering teams to deliver reliably each sprint.
- Able to manage cross‑functional teams, identify and mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed with concise, actionable status updates.
- Experienced in instrumenting products, tracking metrics, and using analytics to guide future roadmap and investment decisions.
- Skilled at consulting with customer‑facing teams, internal stakeholders, and design to optimize user experience and outcomes.
- Strong experience integrating third‑party services, assessing their benefits, and aligning them with business and technical needs.
- Adept at designing resilient, extensible systems that minimize technical debt and vendor or regional dependencies.

Base salary range by location:
- Colorado: $122,175 - $165,295
- Utah, Arizona, and North Carolina: $114,988 - $155,572
Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and performance during the interview process.
