Project Manager, Enterprise Partnerships (Rocket Travel by Agoda)

Chicago, IL

About the Rocket Travel and this Role

Rocket Travel by Agoda is the strategic partnerships arm of Agoda, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG). We partner with global brands to bring their customers rewarding and engaging travel experiences that maximize rewards and build customer loyalty.

Rocket Travel is a place where you:

  • Work with talented, passionate, data-driven teammates across the Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG) group of companies globally: from Chicago, to Amsterdam and Bangkok.
  • Get creative and take moonshots to hit and exceed our goals as a team.
  • Own decisions and take action that can be implemented in a matter of days or hours.
  • Rise together by working collectively to elevate ourselves, supporting one another and catching each other when we fall.
  • Receive a competitive compensation package, including bonus, 401k with match, flexible vacation time, parental leave benefits, health, and dental insurance.
  • Can have a flexible work schedule. We require a candidate who can work a hybrid schedule in our Chicago West Loop office and connect with our amazing team in person 2-3 days per week.

About the Role

As an Associate Project Manager at Rocket Travel by Agoda, you will own the end-to-end delivery of key commercial and cross-functional projects for the Commercial Excellence team. This is not a coordination-only role — you will be the single point of accountability for your projects, driving them from scoping through launch while proactively managing risk, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Own

  • Lead the full lifecycle of key commercial projects — from kickoff through go-live — owning timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication without requiring hand-holding.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across partnerships, finance, product, marketing and operations — identifying blockers early and resolving them decisively rather than escalating by default.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status updates that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into project health.
  • Facilitate structured project meetings — including stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and executive readouts — ensuring outcomes are clear and action items are followed through.
  • Track and report on project KPIs, surfacing data-driven insights to inform future project planning and resource decisions.
  • Support resource planning by anticipating project needs, flagging capacity constraints, and collaborating with team leads to keep workstreams aligned.
  • Own our commercial enablement function by leading and executing key enablement initiatives end to end such as:  Commercial team OKR management and partner growth planning cycles, partner communications framework, and internal presentations planning and coordination.
  • Identify commercial team process gaps and proactively propose improvements to how the team plans, executes, and measures project success.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of project management experience in technology, travel tech, fintech, or a similarly fast-paced, partner-facing environment.
  • A proven track record of owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight — you treat your projects like a business you're running, not a checklist you're maintaining.
  • Outstanding communication and partnership skills, with the ability to manage, inform, and influence outcomes across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders and deliver on commitments, including external partners and senior internal leaders.
  • Solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable turning project data into insights and recommendations, not just status updates.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar); experience with API-based partner integrations or technical onboarding workflows is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.

The annual salary range for the Chicago-metro area is $94,000 - $120,000.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
