The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and excited to help shape how we attract and develop the next generation of talent.
Responsibilities:
People Operations:
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience at Roivant and the Vant portfolio — design and maintain 30/60/90-day frameworks, manager onboarding toolkits, and new hire surveys; use feedback to drive program iteration
- Lead new employee orientation
- Manage the operational offboarding process — coordinate logistics, ensure consistency across the portfolio, and maintain exit survey infrastructure

- Own internal and external People Team communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, on-brand, and accessible to all employees
Early Career Programs:
- Design and manage Roivant’s early career programs including the Rotational Analyst, Fellowship programs, and intern pipeline — full cycle recruiting, onboarding experience design, programming, development frameworks, and performance structures
- Serve as an HRBP resource, partnering with managers and employees on day-to-day people questions and escalating appropriately
- Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career services offices, and student organizations to establish Roivant as an employer of choice on campus
- Collaborate with managers and department leaders to align early career program objectives with business needs and organizational goals
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions, both virtual and in-person
- Develop program curricula and structured experiences that support participant development and drive conversion from intern, Rotational Analyst, and Fellow to full-time hire
- Track program outcomes — conversion rates, participant performance, cohort feedback — and use data to drive program iteration
Special Projects:
- Working closely with the SVP, Head of People, lead and support cross-functional People team initiatives as assigned — process redesigns, culture and engagement programming, or other strategic priorities
- Bring a structured, project-management orientation to ambiguous problems; operate effectively with significant autonomy
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in people operations, HR, talent acquisition, or early career/university recruiting
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a campus or early career context, with a passion for building pipelines and developing early talent

- Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and proven project management skills
- Demonstrated learning agility and sound judgment, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Clear, proactive communicator who closes the loop, doesn't let things fall through the cracks
- Experience with HRIS or HR tech platforms (e.g., HiBob, ADP, Greenhouse, or similar); proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy
- A bias toward action — building and improving repeatable processes without waiting to be asked
- Rolls up their sleeves on HR and administrative tasks as they arise — no task too small attitude
- Works with a service-oriented approach to working with employees at all levels
