Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for an Experiences Manager to create consistent, high-quality workplace experiences across our Melbourne Hub and broader APAC region.

This role sits within the People & Culture team and focuses on bringing ROLLER’s culture to life through workplace experience, onboarding, and community-building. It’s not a traditional office manager role - you’ll combine hands-on office management in Melbourne with system-led support for other offices, while shaping how our team feels when they walk through the door.

You’ll own the Melbourne and Sydney office environments, lead onboarding for new APAC hires, and deliver meaningful cultural and team experiences throughout the year. You’ll also collaborate with global counterparts to ensure a consistent experience across all locations.

This is a Melbourne-based role requiring five days in the office, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and people-focused.

 

What You'll Do

Create great in-office experiences

  • Run the Melbourne office to a high standard
  • Support other offices using scalable systems & processes
  • Deliver small moments and rituals that make the workplace engaging

Lead onboarding (APAC)

  • Own the first-week experience for new hires
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture and IT to ensure smooth setup and access
  • Create a welcoming, connected start for every employee

Deliver events & culture initiatives

  • Plan key events (mid-year, end-of-year, DEIB moments)
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics
  • Align with company-wide programs

Manage workplace operations

  • Oversee vendors, supplies, catering, and facilities
  • Maintain a reliable, well-run office environment
  • Ensure policies and safety standards are followed

Collaborate globally

  • Work with IT, Finance, and global Experience Managers
  • Maintain consistency across regions
  • Share local insights to improve the overall experience

 

About You

  • Experience in workplace operations, events, or employee experience
  • You have a high appetite for Technology and AI and a natural curiosity for how it can transform your work. You’re comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive 'busy work,' freeing you up to focus on high-impact
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy creating welcoming, people-first environments
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
  • Confident using technology and learning new systems
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments is a bonus
