About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and support the growth of our go-to-market engine. In this pivotal position, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for driving revenue by working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive operational efficiency, optimize the funnel, and ensure clean, consistent reporting to help the business scale effectively.
What You Will Do
- Own and optimize key GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach tools, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across revenue functions
- Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility for Sales and CS
- Partner with Marketing to align on lead routing, attribution, and funnel performance
- Manage commission tracking, territory planning, and quota setting in collaboration with Finance
- Identify and implement process improvements to remove friction and increase conversion
- Support the roll-out of tools, playbooks, and training to revenue teams
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and related GTM tools
- Analytical mindset with advanced analytical skills and proficient in SQL
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS is a bonus but not necessary
