Overview: RPA is seeking National Account Supervisor, Media
We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to lead the operational execution of media campaigns across both traditional and digital channels—ensuring plans are delivered accurately, on time, and on budget. This integrated role is central to keeping media strategies on track across multiple brands, blending project management, client service, and financial oversight to support day-to-day success.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and partner agencies to move campaigns forward, troubleshoot issues, and maintain momentum through every stage of the process. While rooted in media, this position has strong elements of project management—requiring a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage timelines, drive cross-functional collaboration, and juggle multiple workstreams with ease.
Who You’ll Be Collaborating With
This role will support a National Account Director who oversees multiple accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is a hybrid of media operations and project management—you’ll oversee timelines, status documents, budgets, asset deliveries, and internal/ external communication across multiple projects, brands, and deliverables.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support communications between agency, clients, and media partners for all media, trafficking and billing needs
- Develop and manage project timelines, estimates, and deliverables from start to finish across TV, audio and digital channels
- Schedule and lead internal and external meetings—including weekly status updates—to take notes, distribute recaps, save key documents, and follow up on action items to ensure projects stay on track
- Maintain and update key operational documents including status trackers and budgets
- Manage and track creative deliverables and asset readiness across channels to ensure timely delivery, proper specifications, and smooth handoff to media teams
- Coordinate with investment teams to ensure all media plans and budgets are accurate, up to date, and aligned across teams
- Develop comprehensive reporting for all media placements in adherence with client requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements—such as centralized trackers or shared workflows—to streamline coordination, clarify responsibilities, and ensure alignment across media, strategy, and analytics teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
How You’ll Excel in This Role
- You bring 5+ years of experience in media operations, account management, or project management within an agency
- Must be able to collaborate across functions and other partner agencies
- You’ve got excellent verbal and written communication skills—you make the complicated sound clear and manageable
- You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple workstreams without losing track
- You have experience working across media types—TV, digital, audio and understand what it takes to get each live
- You’re a great team player who leads with positivity and builds strong relationships across teams and clients
- You take initiative, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams)

The monthly salary range for this position is $6,666 - $8,333, with an annualized equivalent of $80,000 - $100,000.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
