Associate Compliance Analyst

What you will do:
Rumble is seeking an Associate Compliance Analyst who will take direction and follow the lead of the Senior Compliance Manager. This role is an associate level role and will serve as a task-oriented position gathering required evidence and organizing it as required and requested by the appropriate auditors. The role will provide the Senior Compliance Manager the necessary information and support required to complete multiple external third-party audits as well as the internal audits all in a timely manner.
In this key role you will:
- Gather requested and require evidence as determined by the Senior Compliance Manager or the external auditors.
- Organize evidence, catalog, and retain for future audits.
- Interact with multiple groups within company to gather evidence.
- Clean up evidence provided to present in a concise manner for auditors.
- Take direction from the Senior Compliance Manager regarding all audit related activities.
- Perform internal audit evidence gathering for internal audits.
- Assist internal groups with providing evidence collection. Advise them on the proper format and screenshots that are required.
- Prepare monthly reports regarding the current status of evidence gathering and interactions with auditors to the Senior Compliance Manager.
- Work closely with the Senior Compliance Manager with planning of all audit activities.
- Coordinate with the grater Information Security team to advise them on all compliance aspects.
- Be able to explain to individuals providing the evidence why the evidence is required and gather it in a timely manner.
- Understand how compliance frameworks fit into the Rumble business model and work with the Senior Compliance Manager to guide internal groups to pass required audits.
- Conduct IT compliance training sessions to prepare for audits/assessments and mentor junior team members.
- Willingness to learn, be challenged and have fun in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Inform others about IT risk and compliance issues and shortcomings to ensure that remedial action plans are in place and are properly tracked.
- Evaluate requirement and provided evidence to determine compliance coverage.
- Arrange meetings as required between internal and external entities.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in any of the following fields: Accounting, audit, IT
- Good verbal and written skills.
Desired Qualification:
- Previous experience with providing evidence for audits (SOC, SOX, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Experience in managing interactions between auditors and internal groups.
- Certifications: CISA, CISSP, etc.
Annual Compensation Range: $85,000-$98,000 USD base + benefits + equity
