
Employee Engagement and Education Coordinator

Job Summary
The Employee Engagement and Education Coordinator will support employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and internal communications. This role provides logistical event management, assists in training coordination, and helps drive communication efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Events Management and Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Schedule and prepare for planning meetings
- Coordinate logistics for events, including RSVPs, catering, tech, materials, transportation, and setup/breakdown
- Assist in developing event content such as talking points, presentations, signage, and run-of-show materials
- Support day-of coordination and post-event follow-up
- Track event expenses, assist with vendor invoicing, and monitor budgets
- Collect and analyze employee feedback and insights
Education & Training Support
- Coordinate training sessions and send reminders to participants
- Track attendance and engagement metrics across programs
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records
- Support the development and distribution of training materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of L&D initiatives
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support across engagement, training, and communication programs
- Prepare content for meetings and internal communications
- Attend meetings, take and distribute notes, and manage logistics and scheduling
- Liaise with external vendors for events, RXR podcast and other communication efforts
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail oriented and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment, decision-making abilities, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and generate insights
- Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven approach

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in employee engagement, internal communications, learning and development, or a similar function.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

When determining a team member's base salary/rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, years of service, specialty, education, relevant experience).
Bonus eligible.
Pay Range
$65,000 - $75,000 USD
