Overview:
RxSense is proud to sponsor an annual summer intern program that is focused on business education, career exploration, and personal enrichment. Hosted at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston, MA, interns will be expected to participate in person for eight weeks from Sunday, June 7th through Friday, July 31st, 2026. This position does not offer any remote opportunities.

Job Summary:
The Business Analyst (BA) will learn about health care, the pharmacy benefit management industry and direct to consumer marketing through an orientation provided by the company’s leadership team. Each week, functional leaders will teach Business Analysts about what their area of the company does, how it works, and how it contributes to the financial success of the organization. Business Analysts will work on two team-based projects and present their findings to executive leadership. A rotating list of guest speakers composed of leading experts from various industries such as healthcare law, commercial real estate, investment banking and broadcast media will conduct educational sessions about their work and career paths in their fields. Additionally, interns will participate in community volunteer activities sponsored by the company.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in project-based work in a team environment to deliver a professional presentation to executive leadership
- Actively participate in facilitated, daily discussions about current business news and events using the Wall Street Journal as the medium
- Use problem-solving skills to assist in resolution of business problems and the development of new product ideas
- Participate in weekly community building activities
- Show up every day, on time, ready to actively learn
Requirements/ Qualifications:
RxSense will only consider candidates who are rising Juniors or Seniors. Successful candidates will be intellectually curious and have an interest in pursuing a career in business or finance. The company seeks candidates who have a demonstrated track record of academic success, a strong work ethic demonstrated through athletics or working full or part-time jobs over the summer and/or while going to school. Candidates that have endeavored into entrepreneurship will be given special consideration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency
- Ability to work effectively on a team and produce high quality work products
- Ability to self-manage
Work Environment:
- Business casual dress code (not casual)
- Housing provided by the company

- Lunch provided daily
- Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm
