About the Role:

SADA an Insight Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in driving our marketing and content initiatives. This multifaceted position will be responsible for the strategic execution and operational excellence of our email marketing programs, while also providing essential support in coordinating our content production and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HubSpot experience and a proven track record in developing and executing conversion-focused email campaigns. This supporting role will also help with marketing operations tasks, and effectively coordinating our production calendar using Monday.com.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Operations:

  • HubSpot Experience: Serve as HubSpot support and managing our email marketing.
  • Email Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, build, test, and deploy engaging and conversion-driven email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, automated workflows, nurture programs, etc.).
  • List Management: Manage and segment email lists within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement rigorous A/B tests on email copy, subject lines, calls-to-action, and email design to optimize performance and improve key metrics.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Email Deliverability: Maintain and improve email deliverability and sender reputation.
  • HubSpot Basic Tasks: Execute essential HubSpot tasks including list uploads, report generation, email scheduling, and workflow management.

Production Coordination:

  • Content Matrix Management: Maintain and update content calendars and matrices, ensuring alignment across teams and campaigns.
  • Deadline Management: Proactively track content production timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Project Management (Monday.com & Google Workspace): Utilize Monday.com and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to manage content production workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members.
  • Content Publishing (WordPress): Upload, format, and publish blog posts and other content on the sada.com website using WordPress.
  • Website Content Management: Assist with basic content updates and management on the sada.com website.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing operations.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot, including email marketing, list management, automation, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing conversion-centric email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to analyze results to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with basic HubSpot administrative tasks (list uploads, reporting, email scheduling).
  • Proficient in using Monday.com or other project management tools for task management and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with content calendars and matrix management.
  • Basic proficiency in WordPress for content uploading and formatting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google suite of products (Meet, Drive, Docs, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
