About the Opportunity:   

As a SFG/SI developer at Sagent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our B2B designs and maintains EDI workflows. We seek an exceptional individual with a passion for  technologies and a proven expertise in designing and implementing complex  EDI map development, and partner onboarding using BPML and protocols like AS2, SFTP and HTTPS.

Your day-to-day at Sagent:

Production Support:

• Monitorning file transfers, system health and scheduled jobs using SFG.
• Handling L1/L2/L3 support to resolve production incidents within SLA, including Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or SFG.
• Onboarding new trading partners created TP profiles, mailboxes, certificates, Communication Protocols, SFTP, AS2, FTP, FTPS&HTTP, HTTPS.
• Working with Internal teams and external business partners to resolve the issues.
• For any file transfer failures, need to find the appropriate reason and reply/ escalate to the respective teams.
• 24×7 shift coverage and rotation.

Development:

•  Work in maps conversion like EDI to Positional file, CSV, Flat Files, EDIFACT and vice-versa.
• Knowledge on EDI Customer maps 850,810, 856, 997, 822, 203, 260, 266, 203 &820
• Excellent understanding of ANSI X12 standard.
• Working knowledge on BPML and XML development.
• Understanding file transmissions and protocols, SFTP, AS2, FTP, FTPS&HTTP, HTTPS.
• Should have exp in major EDI transactions like 850, 856, 997, 810& 820.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4-5+ years of relevant experience
• . Experience with SSP/SEAS, Cipher, WAF, and MFA upgrades and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
• Good to have bit of Mainframe knowledge about the Datasets and JCLs.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows systems.
• Proficiency in security protocols and encryption technologies.
• Familiarity with network configurations and firewalls.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on security and compliance.
