Specialist, People Operations - Contract
Position Summary:
The organization is seeking a Specialist, People Operations to manage HR processes for dispatchers and support various HR-related activities. This role involves ensuring smooth onboarding for new dispatchers, maintaining HR guidelines, compiling data-driven reports, and assisting with office events and team-building activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Korean, and experience in HR operations within tech companies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Operate HR processes for all dispatchers
- Provide support for new dispatcher settlements
- Review and maintain guideline documents
- Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from teams
- Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, such as all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building events
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3+ years of HR experience (tech companies preferred)
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Excellent time management skills to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong statistical skills of using Excel are preferred
Hourly Pay Rate Range
$45 - $55 USD
