The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Founding Chief of Staff to partner directly with Savant’s CEO and leadership team during a pivotal phase of growth. This is not a narrowly scoped position. It’s a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fluidly between strategy and execution, and operates as a true force multiplier for the business.

You’ll serve as a strategic and operational center of excellence — flexing across projects, functions, and challenges as the company scales.  When there’s a gap, you’ll fill it. When there’s a bottleneck, you’ll break it.  When priorities shift, you’ll adapt — without losing momentum.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in fast-paced, high-impact environments (startups, healthcare innovation, consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or equivalent)
• Strong strategic thinking coupled with a deep bias for action

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $110,000 to $160,000 per year, with significant equity. The final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.

Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and Savant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
