Position Description

The Solutions team at Sayari leads all pre-sales activities — helping prospective customers understand how Sayari's products and data can solve their most critical investigative, compliance, and risk management challenges. Solutions Analysts are expert investigators and analytical thinkers who are equally comfortable running a complex OSINT investigation and presenting findings to a C-suite audience.

Solutions Analysts ensure that prospective customers love using our products and see Sayari as an integral partner in their core missions. They unite curiosity, domain expertise, and an appreciation for how our data and tools drive more effective investigations and risk programs. Success is measured by the impact on prospective customers' missions and the conversion and growth of accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted partner for prospective customers — government agencies and commercial enterprises — helping them understand how to leverage Sayari products and expertise to advance their missions
  • Develop and deliver compelling capability briefings, tailored product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements that map Sayari's capabilities directly to customer pain points
  • Lead analytically driven trials and technical evaluations with prospects, using real customer data to demonstrate measurable outcomes
  • Conduct innovative, complex public data investigations from concept to deliverable, utilizing Sayari's data and products
  • Maintain breadth and depth of expertise on the issues Sayari's customers care most about: supply chain risk, trade controls, transnational criminal organizations, financial crime, and sanctions evasion
  • Support RFP responses and solution proposals in partnership with Account Executives
  • Serve as a key conduit for product feedback and customer requirements, driving learnings back into Product and Engineering
  • Coordinate with Revenue, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure positive outcomes and identify expansion opportunities

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Analytical foundation: demonstrated experience in investigations, open-source research, supply chain risk, trade compliance, financial crime, sanctions, or a closely related analytical discipline
  • Customer communication: proven ability to engage customers in both prepared briefings and unscripted Q&A — confident, clear, and compelling
  • Analytical writing: strong written skills with the ability to translate complex findings into concise, well-structured deliverables
  • Curiosity and problem-solving: genuine drive to understand customer problems deeply and develop creative, tailored solutions
  • Ability to identify challenges before they arise and work proactively to address them

  • Professional fluency in one or more priority languages: Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French
  • Regional analytic expertise: Latin America, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering and applying AI tools to analytical or reporting workflows

  • Knowledge of global regulations relevant to Sayari customers: import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, anti-bribery/anti-corruption
  • SQL or Python experience
  • Experience delivering SaaS product demos or proof-of-concept engagements in a pre-sales or solutions consulting capacity

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
