Customer Success Specialist, RevTech

Carabiner Group an SBI Growth Company, is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and process-driven Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Salesforce and HubSpot partner, we work alongside our clients to advise, design, and implement industry leading solutions to transform their core business operations. In this role, you will have a significant impact on helping our clients and teams solve their business challenges, helping C-suite and program leaders transform their organization. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will enhance operations across client business functions through the use of technology, innovative business strategy, and industry-driven solutions. You will also significantly contribute to the direction of our firm by leading project teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and proposing strategic and operational improvements to ensure quality and efficiency in our delivery practices.  


Work you'll do

  • Develop, manage, and grow trust-based relationships with clients by fostering open communication, understanding their business, and supporting change management activities 
  • Surface and execute process improvement initiatives to ensure processes and services efficiently meet staff and client needs.
  • Manage initiation, planning, execution, ongoing monitoring, and closure of client projects assigned in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with client(s) to map their current process, understand client pain points and identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies
  • Collaborate with technical and functional resources to analyze, plan, and document  requirements, standards, and schedules for projects
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on a regular basis to provide updates on the status of projects, issues, risks and ensure expectations are aligned
  • Ensure all knowledge is stored and available for easy consumption for team members and clients on all projects 

Who you are

  • 3+ yrs experience in a program & project management, client relationship management, or a related role
  • Ability to build rapport and strong working relationships quickly within all levels of the organization, across different stakeholders including internal and external 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a start-up environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability 
  • Excellent project management skill and emotional intelligence with experience balancing both strategic and tactical work
  • Ability to obtain Salesforce Admin Certification within 90 days of employment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience working in a client advisory role
  • Superior analytical and problem solving abilities across business and technology
  • Proven ability to manage Agile methodologies
  • Successful track record serving as the project manager for enterprise CRM implementation and technology initiatives
  • Self-motivated and driven; confident when working independently, but a strong team player
  • Prior experience with Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Success preferred
