
Executive Assistant
The Role
We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a team of Portfolio Managers, Head of U.S. Fundamental Equity, COO of Global Fundamental Equity, and Deputy COO of Fundamental Equity at Schonfeld in our New York City office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This position requires wearing multiple hats and have a “no task is too big or too small” mentality.
What you’ll do
This candidate will be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management, preparing agendas for meetings, expenses, answering phones and taking messages. They will arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, restaurant reservations.
What you’ll bring
What you need:
- At least 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
- Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
- Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Self-Starter, personable, mature, team player, and poised

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
