
Executive Assistant
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support Schonfeld’s Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Investment Initiatives Officer. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and adept at managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position will work in close partnership with the New York-based EA/PA team, sharing responsibilities to ensure flawless support. Extreme confidentiality is required in all aspects of the role.
What you’ll do
- Extensive calendar management and scheduling, coordinating daily with multiple internal teams
- Complex international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, dining)
- Expense reporting and reconciliation
- Preparation and logistics for Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Investment Initiatives Officer
- Management of birthday, anniversary, and milestone acknowledgments
- Daily coordination of meals/coffee for the executives when on site
- Phone coverage and message handling
- Meeting preparation, including printing materials and arranging conference-room technology
- Maintenance of business contact information
- Select PA tasks to help executives operate more efficiently
What you’ll bring
What you need:
- A bachelor's degree with 7+ years of EA experience, ideally in finance or a similarly demanding environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment with confidential information
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with a polished, professional demeanor
- Must demonstrate a high sense of urgency and responsiveness, maintaining a proactive “always-on” mindset when business needs arise
- Flexible and resourceful; able to switch gears effortlessly

- Experience with Navan, Slack
- Prior hedge-fund or financial-services background

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
