  • Guide the design and evaluation of experiments, predictive models, and decision systems that power dynamic LiveOps experiences.
  • Ensure analytics frameworks and processes by implementing shared libraries, robust data pipelines, and scalable modeling frameworks.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive the roadmap for analytics and data science initiatives, balancing exploratory research with production impact.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and technical excellence within the analytics function.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams.
  • Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or consumer tech analytics environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering analytical and machine learning solutions that influence product strategy and player outcomes.
  • Strong foundation in experimental design and statistical modeling.
  • Expertise in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL; experience in developing reusable analytical libraries and scalable codebases.
  • Experience designing scalable and reusable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to bridge technical insights and business strategy.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for games and data-driven innovation.
