Join Scorpion as a Senior Social Product Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' social media strategies and contributing to their success. As a Senior Social Product Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our clients' social media success, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals and experience exceptional service. Your expertise will directly influence client satisfaction and drive Scorpion's reputation as a leader in digital marketing solutions.

What Your Success Will Look Like

  • Client Support & Collaboration:

    • Partner with Social Product Specialists to engage in client strategies.
    • Handle content edits, topic requests, social post updates, and escalations.
    • Participate in client calls and assist with upselling.
    • Monitor and support clients.
  • Onboarding & Client Success:

    • Guide clients through social media profile setup.
    • Develop initial social media campaigns aligned with client goals.
    • Ensure smooth transitions to active social status.
  • Reactive & Proactive Activities:

    • Respond to FreshDesk tickets and client requests.
    • Assist with Facebook page access for new clients.
    • Follow up on social content approvals.
    • Review and ensure social plans are on track for assigned accounts.
    • Analyze KPIs and provide improvement feedback.
  • Social Marketing Expertise:

    • Stay updated on social media trends and strategies.
    • Implement best practices and test new strategies.
    • Collaborate on sector-specific customer preferences.
    • Report findings to leadership quarterly.

Who You Are And What You Bring

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Buffer).
  • Experience with social media analytics (Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva).
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic mindset for content planning.
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to social media.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for social media.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Proactive and adaptable to evolving trends.

Compensation  

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

  • The base salary range is $75,000 (entry-level) - $80,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
