About the Role
As a Senior Client Success Manager, DMS you will onboard and support clients using our Direct Marketing Services (DMS). Your role encompasses onboarding, post-launch client support, proactive engagement, and fostering client happiness through clear processes and collaborative efforts. By providing exceptional support, training, and expert guidance, you will ensure our clients maximize their ROI with our Direct Marketing Services.
This role entails the use of strong communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction.
What Your Success Will Look Like
- Strategic onboarding and ongoing management and support of VIP clients using Scorpion’s Direct Marketing Services
- Designing and optimizing unique email, direct mail, and text campaigns to support specific VIP client marketing objectives
- Mastering ServiceTitan Marketing Pro software
- Building and maintaining audiences within our VIP clients' ServiceTitan instance
- Editing, proofreading, and occasional copywriting
- Collaborating with the VIP client and internal teams to develop initial email campaigns that align with the onboarding strategy and the client's specific goals.
- Tracking essential metrics (e.g., open rates, unsubscribes) and improving campaign results
- Assisting with other digital marketing efforts (lead generation)
- Reporting to the managerial team and stakeholders about campaign performance
- Identify areas for improvement or expansion and provide feedback to your leader as needed.
- Participating in team meetings, 1:1’s, and company updates.
- Enhance the client experience through constant innovation, proactive measures, and insightful recommendations
Who You Are And What You Bring
- 2+ years experience with Marketing Pro Product
- Experience in building and maintaining email marketing, reputation, SMS, and direct mail campaigns
- Exceptional Communication: Effective communication is key to understanding client needs and providing accurate responses. The ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically is essential.
- Client-Centric Approach: Success in this role requires a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Being able to put the client's needs at the forefront and tailoring solutions accordingly is crucial.
- Product and Platform Proficiency: A solid understanding of the ServiceTitan Platforms and its functionalities is necessary for effectively onboarding clients and providing guidance throughout their lifecycle.
- Proactive Engagement: The role involves actively reaching out to clients, sharing insights, and fostering adoption. Proactivity ensures clients remain informed and engaged, enhancing their overall experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Clients may encounter challenges, and the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions is vital for maintaining client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Compensation
We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary range is $80,000 (entry-level) - $90,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
