Senior Account Executive - Remote Ireland

The Opportunity

Seamless.AI is seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to be the first member of our international sales team! This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on closing deals and generating revenue in a brand-new territory.

Reporting directly to the US Leadership Team, you will conduct high-value sales demos, convert prospects into closed-won deals, and build a strong pipeline of international customers. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, ensuring compliance with UK sales laws and regulations, and refining best practices for future international growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all inbound international sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. Act as liaison for international prospects, establishing Seamless.AI's presence and credibility in global markets.
  • Proactively prospect and generate your own leads in addition to managing inbound opportunities, building a self-sustaining pipeline of deals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach for converting inbound leads into long-term customers, with a focus across the UK, EU, Ireland, and India.
  • Engage with prospects in diverse global markets, understanding their unique business needs and positioning Seamless.AI as the ideal solution.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, strong engagement, and optimal conversion rates.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Seamless.ai in improving sales efficiency and driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Seamless.ai, addressing client pain points and emphasizing the impact on their business success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of Seamless.ai offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales development, customer success, revenue operations and marketing teams.

Skillset

  • Proven experience in international sales, particularly in UK, EU, Ireland, and India, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and business cultures in these regions.
  • Track record of successfully expanding into new markets, establishing a strong client base, and driving revenue growth in international territories.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive approach, capable of independently building a sales strategy and executing on growth initiatives as Seamless.AI’s first international representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities beyond inbound leads, ensuring a robust and consistent pipeline.
  • Ability to navigate and comply with regional business regulations, procurement processes, and cultural expectations to maximize sales success.
  • Experience working across different time zones and adapting sales approaches to different buyer personas and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients across different cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, ensuring successful deal closures with win-win outcomes.

Education & Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3-4 years in sales with 2-3 in SaaS, with a deep understanding of the sales process and a history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently as the first international Seamless.AI representative
  • Experience navigating different time zones and managing global accounts
  • Knowledge of international compliance, trade laws, and contract negotiations related to software or SaaS sales
  • Experience presenting virtual demos of a product via screen share
  • Experience with self-sourcing more than 50% of your pipeline
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, Seamless.ai, Outreach.io or similar sales technologies
  • Highly-motivated, coachable, and strong work ethic
