Senior Digital Producer - Hybrid US

The Opportunity:

Seamless.AI is looking for a versatile Digital Producer to own and execute creative content, digital campaigns, and platform strategy across our CEO, Brandon Bornancin’s personal brand, and Seamless.AI. This role is part creative lead, part content strategist, and part campaign manager — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, growth marketing, and digital execution.

You’ll lead the development of high-impact digital content across social, video, podcast, email, and more — all aimed at building brand awareness, driving leads, and amplifying Seamless.AI’s mission of helping salespeople maximize success.

Responsibilities:

Scriptwriting and Content Creation:

  • Write compelling scripts for videos, podcasts, webinars, keynote intros, and launch announcements
  • Create and repurpose long-form and short-form content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, reels, carousels, etc.)
  • Turn raw video/audio or founder insights into snackable, platform-optimized content
  • Craft engaging copy in the CEO’s unique founder voice for direct response and brand building

Digital Content Strategy:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel content calendars for Seamless.AI and the CEO, Brandon Bornancin
  • Align strategy to major campaigns, product launches, and industry trends
  • Ensure content maintains consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity

Campaign Execution:

  • Own the execution of full-funnel campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and video platforms
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design to bring campaigns to life
  • Analyze campaign performance and content effectiveness across KPIs (engagement, reach, leads, conversions)

Awareness & Demand Generation:

  • Launch viral, awareness-driving campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and beyond
  • Use growth marketing tactics to maximize reach (ex: SEO, hooks, influencer tags, UGC trends, etc.)
  • Help expand our CEO's presence as a thought leader while building demand for Seamless.AI

Skillset:

  • Exceptional copywriter with a knack for brand storytelling and direct response
  • Creative strategist who transforms founder ideas and audience insights into scroll-stopping content
  • Brand builder who understands how to scale both personal and corporate voices with authenticity
  • Campaign driver who can take a spark of an idea and scale it across every relevant platform
  • Content athlete who’s hands-on with everything from scriptwriting and video slicing to campaign launches and analytics
  • Experience creating high-performing digital content in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of content platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X)
  • Skilled in editing tools like Adobe Suite, Final Cut, Canva, Descript, or similar

Education and Requirements:

  • Proximity to Columbus, OH is required
  • 5+ years of digital production/management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Familiar with analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or Google Analytics
  • Experience managing social media accounts for B2B or tech companies is a plus
